Helena Hopffer
Coordinator of Psychology and Mental Health at Get Fit Wise
Psychologist | Master in Justice Psychology | Speaker
I am a psychologist, a master in Justice Psychology, and a specialist in supporting crime victims. Beyond clinical practice, I also work as a speaker, with the aim of providing information, support, and reflection beyond the therapy room — because taking care of the mind is also a way of educating, inspiring, and transforming.
I deeply believe in the connection between mind and body. Understanding emotions is essential to recognizing the signs of the body — and the opposite is also true. This integration is, for me, the starting point for a more conscious, profound, and transformative therapeutic process.
At Get Fit Wise, I lead the Psychology and Mental Health area with an integrated vision, based on sensitive, empathetic, and genuinely human listening. I believe that prioritizing oneself and recognizing one's own emotions with care and attention are fundamental steps to living with more balance and authenticity.
A curiosity about me: every day I have an unmissable meeting with myself. It is in this space of pause and presence that I cultivate my own mental health — and it is from this source that the care I offer to each person I support emerges.
