Functional Nutritionist | Specialist in Preventive Health and Quality of Life
Cinthia Schiavo
I am a functional nutritionist, focusing on well-founded nutritional protocols that promote digestive improvement, anti-inflammation, healthy weight loss, and overall quality of life.
For me, preventive health is about taking care before getting sick. It is about observing the body carefully, interpreting the signals, and adjusting the lifestyle to maintain balance.
A healthy lifestyle is not made of restrictions but of consistency and pleasure — eating well, sleeping well, moving, and respecting one's own rhythm.
At Get Fit Wise, I believe that true results come from teamwork. Functional nutrition plays an essential role, but it is when we join forces with doctors, trainers, and therapists that we can take care of the person in a complete, integrated, and sustainable way.
The biggest myth I combat is that “losing weight is just about eating less and exercising”. The body is much smarter than that. Factors such as hormones, digestion, sleep, inflammation, and stress directly influence the process. When we understand the root of the imbalance, weight loss happens naturally — as a consequence of a body in harmony.
I am guided by empathy, truth, coherence, and purpose. I do not believe in ready-made diets or magical solutions; I believe in method, strategy, and nutritional education as a tool for reconnecting with the body.
I take care of my own health by living what I teach: balanced eating, weight training, quality sleep, and moments of pause. I like routine but without rigidity — and I believe that physical and mental health go hand in hand, with lightness, presence, and self-awareness.
